Key responsibilities will include: providing a range of activities to enhance and maintain the independence of clients; developing activities to meet care plan objectives and reflect clients’ needs; organizing and arranging group and individual activity programs, besides having the flexibility to work both days and evenings if required.
Reablement Assistant – Bournemouth
For the role of reablement assistant, the candidate will contribute to tricuro’s vision of improving lives and building independence by providing a short-term service to clients to promote and sustain their independence, which will enable them to remain in their own homes and part of their community. The assistant will be asked to support the assessment process and contribute to the ongoing monitoring and review of the goals set for an individual as directed by the team.
